Subject: Disclosure pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 "Code regarding the protection of personal data"
 
Premise
Following the regulations established by Legislative Decree 196/03 "Personal Data Protection Code" (hereinafter the "Code"), we provide below information on the use by he undersigned company of personal data acquired in relationship to the contractual relationships with you or those who may be entertained in the future.

Source of personal data
The data in our possession, acquired in relation to the conferment of the same through the website of the writer or contractual relationships will be processed in compliance with current legislation, and in any case, with due confedentially.

Purpose of the treatment
The collection of processing of personal data aims to provide in an appropriate manner to the obligations related to the performance of the economic activity of our company and in particular for: requirements prior to the conlcusion of a contract; fulfill the contractual obligations towards the interested party by executing an act, plurality of deeds or set of operations necessary for the fulfillment of the aforementioned obligations; to execute at any public or private body the obligations connected to or instrumental to the contract; enforce compliance with legal obligations.

Furthermore, the processing of data is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising material related to our products or services, marketing or contact purposes through our dealers or telephone operators. For these specific purposes we are asking for your express consent to the processing of data

Method of treatment
In relation to the oforementioned purposes, the processing of personal data takes place using manual, computerized and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the aforementioned law.

Nature of the harvest
For the stipulation and execution of the contractual relationship, the collection of personal data is also mandatory when having to cmply with legal and tax obligations, the refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to establish relationships with the company. The relative treatment does not require the consent of the interested party.

Communication and dissemination
Personal data and related processing will be communicated to companies for economic activities (commercial, management, information systems management, insurance, banking or non-banking intermediation, factoring, shipment management, inputting and sending correspondence, management and credit protection) or for the fulfillment of legal provisions (accounting firms, lawyers). Data will not be disclosed.

The Data Controller and the internal data processor may become aware of your data.

Rights of the interested party
The interested party may contact the Privacy Service at the data controller to verify their data and have them supplement, update or correct and / or to exercise the other rights provided for by art. 7 of the Code (shown in the annex). In particular, you can object at any time, always through the Privacy Service, to the processing of your email or telephone coordinates for direct sales or marketing purposes.

Data controller
The data controller is the holder of the domain name.


Art. 7 Legislative Decree. 196/03 (Right to access personal data and other rights)

1. The interested party has the right to abtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to abtain the indication:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identifying details of the holder, of the responsible and of the designated representative according to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they have relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
