Original cheese from the Pianura Padana Valley, made from cow's milk that requires a long seasoning. The paste is an intense straw-yellow color with very fine holes, sometimes not very visible, distributed regularly. The rind is hard, smooth, thick and straw-colored or brown. The taste is tasty and firm but never spicy.
